After spending over 10 years in real estate and planning corporate events, I took on a completely new challenge when I became a FedEx Ground contractor. With no prior logistics or transportation experience, I built my operation from the ground up—learning every aspect of the business through hands-on experience, problem-solving, and persistence.

Today, I operate a successful FedEx Ground business and understand firsthand the challenges contractors face every day. From hiring and onboarding drivers to managing compliance, payroll, safety programs, First Advantage background checks, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations, I know how quickly the workload can become overwhelming.
